Possibly because Rolling Square was born thanks to crowdfunding, we were able to identify a direct relationship between a tight-knit community and successful products. Over the years we have fostered our relationship with our users and grown our dialogue with them, both to understand what are the problems that we can solve and to shape the identity of Rolling Square. We have open discussion groups with our users, who sometimes are customers, sometimes testers and sometimes even actively participate in the development of our products. Ultimately, it’s a positive exchange of value between our brand and our community, as they often work in sync.
