Yes, the included 2 in 1 cable splits into two USB-C connectors on one end, so you can charge two devices simultaneously from the single USB-C charger output. Just keep in mind the total 65W output is shared between both devices.

Will this charge my laptop or just my phone?

It charges laptops, smartphones, tablets, earbuds, and smartwatches, including MacBooks, popular Windows laptops, Chromebooks, and phones from Apple, Samsung, Google, Oppo, and Xiaomi. It supports PD 3.0, QC 4.0/3.0, and PPS, so it adapts its output to whatever device you plug in.

Can I use one charger for the US, EU, and UK?

No, each plug type (US, EU, UK) is a separate product variant, so you'd need to buy one for each region you travel to. This bundle comes with just one plug version, which you select at checkout.

Will this fully fast-charge my iPhone or MacBook?
