Wish I could give 4.5 stars overall. Customer service was exceptional—I received a prompt response and a quick replacement when my initial notebook arrived with a minor cover flaw. As for the notebook itself, it's well-made and matches the description. The magnetic clasp feels sturdy, although one part of the leather cover seems slightly delicate. Overall, satisfied and would recommend.

This is not your ordinary notebook! Love the dedicated pocket that holds my tracker, keeps me from constantly losing it at work or meetings. The recycled leather cover has a luxurious feel, and I appreciate the dotted pages which make my notes neat without limiting my creativity. Also, the magnetic closure that doubles as a pen loop is an awesome feature – no more lost pens at the bottom of my bag. Might seem slightly pricey, but given the quality, elegant design, and useful features, I'd say it’s worth every penny.

Quality and paper feel are quite nice. Only issue is the card pocket doesn't hold items very securely. Instructions could clarify optimal use a bit better.
