I preordered the Tau 2 in January and expected the package in February. When I did not receive my package, I reached out to the rolling square support team. They worked with me to get a reshipment out in a timely manner and I received my order. overall happy with the customer service received.

Ordering products were super easy and quick. Shipping took around 14 days (after the initial package). For some reason my package was sent back to their warehouse and I contacted the customer service and David contacted me within hour after I sent email to customer service and it was quickly resolved and David arranged the new shipping and that arrived without any problems. So, after some complications during the shipping, I received my order items.

I am please with the quality of the products that I have ordered, except 1 product is not that great. Charger for tau 2 powerbank wall charger dock. For some reason it will not charge the powerbank because the alignment is not correct and therefore there is potential electric sparking if you try to align the powerbank to wall charger dock, I do not recommend this product, just use the charger dock that comes with powerbank, it works best.

TAU 2 very little compact and even more less than apple airpods pro case.Am so love with tau2.

I received my TAU 2 in less time that I expected. Excellent service from Rolling Square Team and the product is amazing.
